Terms of Service

1. Service Description

RankedGEO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to local businesses. Our services are designed to help improve your online visibility and local search presence through strategic optimization techniques and content generation strategies.

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and may include, but are not limited to: content strategy development, local SEO optimization, search engine marketing recommendations, and performance analytics.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

RankedGEO offers the following monthly subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $397 per month
• Professional Plan: $797 per month
• Enterprise Plan: $1,497 per month

Billing and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for partial months. You will not be charged for any months following your cancellation date.

Payment is due on the same date each month. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and strategies developed by RankedGEO, including but not limited to marketing strategies, content frameworks, and analytical tools, remain the exclusive property of RankedGEO or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use these materials solely for your business purposes during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of your original business data and content provided to RankedGEO. However, RankedGEO retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKEDGEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF RANKEDGEO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

RankedGEO's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. No Guaranteed Results

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: RankedGEO makes no guarantee of specific results, increased rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search engine algorithms are complex and subject to frequent changes beyond our control. Results vary significantly based on market conditions, competition, content quality, and numerous other factors.

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All projections, estimates, and performance metrics provided are based on historical data and should not be considered promises or guarantees.

You acknowledge that digital marketing and search engine optimization involve inherent risks and uncertainties, and you accept these risks by engaging our services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankedGEO's services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RankedGEO disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RankedGEO does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7. Termination

Termination by Client

You may terminate your services at any time by providing written notice to RankedGEO. Termination is effective at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by RankedGEO

RankedGEO may terminate or suspend services immediately upon written notice if:

• You fail to pay fees for 30 days or more
• You engage in illegal or unethical practices
• You violate any material provision of these terms
• You use our services in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, access to services will be revoked and you will be responsible for any unpaid fees.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and contact details
• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• Ensuring content provided to RankedGEO does not violate third-party rights
• Complying with all applicable laws and search engine guidelines
• Reviewing and approving recommendations before implementation

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service engagement. This includes client business information and RankedGEO's proprietary methodologies and strategies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Modifications to Terms

RankedGEO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RankedGEO regarding the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.
